Positron is a publicly traded company trading on the NASD Bulletin Board under the symbol: POSC.OB. Positron is majority owned directly or indirectly by Canadian shareholders.

IPT is a shareholder of and holds ownership of 100% of the net assets of the operating division, IS2 Medical Systems, and 100% of the equity of Quantum Molecular Technologies, Inc. (QMT) and has exclusive rights to open and operate Imagin Cancer and Cardiac Clinics in Canada under license from Imagin Diagnostic Centres, Inc.
